So what you will damn shit close the computer , but now you will not .Because you have the remote access with you ,which help a user to operate other person's computer and help him . the screen of the one user comes in front of the other user and he can sole the problem as if he is solving the problem on his own computer. you just need a software known as TEAM VIEWER to do that(Screen shot below).

How to change or get a album art work in iTunes 10

When we download an album and the art work is missing is little frustrating. So, here is the solution for your misery. There are just steps to follow and voila!
1. Open iTunes10
2. Go in the Grid view.
3. Right click on the album you want to cover.
4. Click on the option 'Get Info'.
5. A confirmation dialogue box appears click 'YES'.
6. There is a column named 'Artwork' in the bottom left double click on it.
7. A location finder will appear.
8. Select the Image.
